• Railway infrastructure modifications at Ashford and Dollands Moor to facilitate the Channel Tunnel Rail Link
• 
  The design and construct contract involves modifications to the permanent way layout, the signaling and telecommunications systems and power supplies at Ashford Station, Dollands Moor and the system-wide construction railhead at Beechbrook Farm
• 
  Work also includes design and installation of new overhead line equipment systems for the Eurostar trains at Ashford Station and modifications to the existing catenary, etc at Dollands Moor, an earlier Mowlem project
• 
  Involving over 30 abnormal possessions on the railway infrastructure
• 
  When completed in 2003, the new railway layout will provide increased operational flexibility for the existing domestic rail network whilst fully integrating the International Station at Ashford and its connecting chords with the Channel Tunnel Rail Link
